At church this morning, sweet J began getting sick at children’s church. This quickly turned from a small upset stomach to a more serious issue as her temperature skyrocketed and she shivered terribly. Her malaria test was negative (could be a false negative), but her temperature was at 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Three Marriages – One Day
This morning three sweet couples got married during our church service. No, they did not wear white and yes, technically they have been together for many years. But, today they decided to take a stand and make a Biblical covenant to one another in front of our church congregation! Praise be to God for leaders being transformed by His word everyday!
{Development} Praises
Monday was a day for the books. It was one of those days when everything came together at once. As many of you know, I have the privilege of leading the Life Beads Jewelry Ministry at Abaana’s Hope. This program started with seven women and has now grown to empower forty-two women deep in the Ugandan bush.

Day Care Adventures
For the first time ever, we have a day care program at Abaana’s Hope! I am so excited to share these adorable pictures with you. Not only did the children have fun their first week exploring and playing with a lot of new toys, but their hard working mothers did not have to compromise the well being of their precious children to be able to work.
