When God calls families half way around the world to the mission field he calls everyone. Each father, mother, brother and sister play an intricate roll in spreading the gospel to the ends of the earth. Chase and I have been blessed to experience this reality through several different families over the past year and ten months.

We know God has a perfect plan for every family. He calls all Christians in Matthew 28:19-20 to make disciples of all nations.

 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

He also tells Christians in Genesis 1:28 to be fruitful and multiply.

And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

The first calling for Christians to go and make disciples of ALL nations does not stop because he has also called Christians to be fruitful and multiply. They are two in one and boy have we seen that first hand in Uganda. We are so thankful we are surrounded by Godly families who have not held back because they have children. They have gone full force and let me tell you, God has used them and will continue to use them. Let us never let our blessings hinder our ability to make disciples for Christ.
